The Observatory is located in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The use of public transportation is highly recommended.

Parking

Use of public transportation is highly recommended to access lower Manhattan given the minimal availability of on-street parking. One World Observatory™ does not provide parking.

Restaurants and Dining

One World Observatory™ ONE will offer three distinct dining options on the 101st floor. Dining options are available to Guests with Observatory tickets, including access to curated eateries from casual café fare to seated fine-dining at ONE. Restrooms

Restrooms are available for use throughout One World Observatory. They are located on the Horizon and Discovery Levels as well as in the exit lobby on the Welcome Level upon departure. Rest Rooms are for guests of OWO. For the closest public restroom, please visit Federal Hall on Wall Street, Wagner Park, or Battery Park.

One World Observatory will offer complimentary admission to 9/11 family members and the rescue and recovery workers who responded on 9/11 and in the months after. Admission will be administered by the 9/11 Tribute Center, a project of the September 11th Families’ Association that brings together those who want to learn about 9/11 with those who experienced it.
