The Observatory accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards. Contactless payments are also available.
MEET OUR CULINARY TEAM
Reuel Vincent, Executive Chef of ONE Dine at One World Observatory, launched his culinary career as a prep cook at the Creative Catering Agency. With no formal culinary education, he used his time at the Agency to learn the restaurant business through hard work and dedication to his craft.
Vincent previously served as Banquet Chef for ASPIRE, responsible for VIP clients and special events annually. Now, he oversees all culinary operations at the Observatory, including ONE Dine restaurant and bar, ONE Café, ONE Mix, and the private event space ASPIRE.
Visitors can expect a menu featuring an array of decadent dishes, from fresh seafood to succulent steaks, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Focusing on New American cuisine takes inspiration from its Chef’s Caribbean background and the influence of NYC being a melting pot of all cultures.
